I have had to file claims for 2 different dogs over that past few years and have found it easy to file the claims and have found this company responsive to them. They did verify the claims with the veterinarians involved, but unlike so many insurance companies, they did not try to disallow anything that my plan was supposed to cover. Honestly I don't have any complaints about Fetch. Customer service has always been amazing and personable. Submitting claims, is such a simple process on their app. You simply upload invoices followed by Vet notes and it's instantly reviewed. I'm very happy with the service Fetch provides.

The insurance reimbursement procedure was simple and the website (with videos) made that process even easier. When I submitted the documents that were needed I knew where in the process my claim was. The money was in my account in under 6 days and the EOB was easy to read and understand.

Fetch has consistently provided outstanding coverage for my dog's recent TPLO surgery and rehabilitation. The claim process is extremely user-friendly, payment is quick, and the coverage simply can't be beat. I have recommended Fetch to my friends, family, veterinarian's office and canine physical therapy practice.

In have had Fetch for several years now and I recommend it to people often. The app is very easy to use, the terms and conditions are straight forward, and I really like that they had an online chat feature on their website. I hope they continue to offer reimbursement towards dentals since it's not common in other companies to do so. They do take a long time to process claims compared to other companies, but they are upfront about the timelines you should expect so this should not be a surprise.

Service from staff has been great, Only complaint: I've had this insurance for years and it was reasonable. Then FIGO switched providers in 2019 and the monthly fee doubled. Not such a great deal anymore. Can't switch insurance because of pre-existing condition.
